Gabrielle Brick and I are putting on two events in the next two days, October 27th and 28th. The first one “The Benefits of Seasonal Eating” will show you how to successfully go through fall and winter successfully with the raw food diet.
We have an incredibly tasty array of dishes that will leave you feeling warm, satisfied and energized!
Our next event will be in New York City at Rasa Yoga Studio. Entitled “The Immortal Essence of Alchemy”, we will be going over:
- The transformational nature of what you eat
- The alchemical process and consciousness
- Emotions, raw food and esoteric herbalism
